Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information parcel.cash processes when you use our non-custodial bridge, and how it is used. We designed the Service to require as little personal information as possible — there is no account, and standard swaps do not require you to submit identity documents.

1. Information we process

Transaction details — the assets, networks, and amounts you request, the destination address you provide, and (for fixed-rate orders) a refund address. These are required to build a quote and execute your swap.
Network information — including your IP address, which is processed for security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, and is passed to our liquidity partner when creating an order.
Technical data — basic device and browser information and aggregate, privacy-respecting usage analytics to keep the Service reliable.

We do not ask for your name, email, or password to perform a standard swap. We never have access to your private keys or wallet funds.

2. Underlying providers

To execute a swap, order details and the information above are shared with the third-party liquidity and exchange providers that fulfil your order, including Husher (husher.io / husher.net), which provides the underlying exchange infrastructure under a white-label partnership. These providers process the data to complete your transaction and to meet their own legal and compliance obligations. Their handling of data is governed by their respective policies.

3. How we use information

To generate quotes and create, route, and settle your bridge orders.
To display live order status and on-chain transaction details.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity, and to comply with applicable laws.
To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary for the Service to function, such as remembering your theme preference. We do not sell your data or use it for cross-site advertising.

5. Data retention

Transaction records may be retained by us and by our liquidity partners for as long as necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

6. On-chain transparency

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature. Any address or transaction associated with your order is recorded on the relevant public ledger and is outside our control.

7. Your choices

Because we collect minimal personal information and do not operate accounts, most privacy controls are in your hands: you choose the addresses you use and the amount of information you provide. 8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
