Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of parcel.cash (the “Service”), a non-custodial interface for bridging and exchanging cryptocurrency across blockchain networks. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What parcel.cash is
parcel.cash is a software interface that aggregates cryptocurrency exchange liquidity from one or more third-party providers and routes your requested swap to the best available source. The underlying exchange and settlement infrastructure is provided by third-party liquidity partners, including Husher (operated via husher.io and husher.net), with whom parcel.cash operates under a white-label partnership. parcel.cash itself does not operate an exchange, hold customer funds, or act as a money transmitter.
2. Non-custodial nature
The Service is non-custodial. parcel.cash never takes possession or control of your assets. When you create an order, funds are sent by you to a deposit address generated by the underlying liquidity provider, converted, and paid out directly to the destination address you specify. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all addresses, memos, tags, and network selections you provide.
3. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not on any sanctions or prohibited-persons list.
- Your use of the Service does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
4. Rates, fees and orders
Quotes are estimates until an order is created. Floating-rate orders settle at the market rate observed when your deposit is confirmed; fixed-rate orders lock a rate for a limited window shown at order creation and require a refund address. All applicable network and service fees are reflected in the quoted receive amount. You must deposit at least the stated minimum and complete your deposit within the displayed time window.
5. Risks
- Cryptocurrency values are volatile and transactions are irreversible. Sending to a wrong address or on a wrong network may result in permanent loss.
- Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or downtime that delay or prevent settlement.
- Underpayments, overpayments, late deposits, or missing memos/tags may require a refund and can affect the amount received.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or the proceeds of crime, or to circumvent the compliance controls of parcel.cash or its liquidity partners.
7. No financial advice
The Service is provided for informational and transactional convenience only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, parcel.cash and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds arising from user error, third-party providers, or blockchain network conditions.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
